Didn't your ordered product fit you?

 

Don't worry, you ordered products have a 30 day return and exchange policy.

Of course, we hope your order is just right for you, but if you need to return or exchange an item, we've made the process as easy as possible.

All our products come with a 30-day return policy. Free returns and exchanges are available only in Finland and Sweden.

How to Return an Item

Please email our customer service department: info (at) merittabra.fi with your name, order number and what you wish to return.

You are responsible for the shipping cost for returns (and possible customs charges if outside of the EU).

When returning products not in their original unused condition, we will deduct 100% of the value of the item when issuing your refund. Please mark your parcel “Return”.

Pack the items carefully in the original packaging.

Hygiene & Intimate Products

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once they have been tried on, as they cannot be resold. This includes - silicone shoulder straps/extensions, breast tapes and breast prostheses.

However, if you receive a faulty product, you are always entitled to an exchange.

Meritta Bra's return process

 

Once we receive your return, our team will give it a quick check-up before processing your refund back to your credit card.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, with original tags attached, and in the same pristine condition as when it arrived at your door. Of course, you're welcome to try it on, but if it's been worn or used, we sadly can't accept it back.

You'll get an email confirmation once your return has been received and your refund has been processed. Any return or administrative fees will be deducted accordingly.

We handle returns throughout the week, so sit back, relax, and we'll take care of the rest!
