Bra styles and support

A properly sized bra supports your breasts without squeezing or digging in uncomfortably throughout the day. A band that’s too loose or cups that aren’t the right shape can lead to neck and back pain, especially if your breasts need substantial support. A well-fitting bra has a snug band that doesn’t lift away from your chest. The cups should cover your breasts without any spilling out at the sides or front.
